Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains payment-related terms for purchases made from Soriq India Private Limited ("Soriq India", "we", "us", or "our") through soriq.in.

Currency and prices

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final amount payable will be shown during checkout where relevant. If a clear pricing or calculation error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before fulfilling the order.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are those displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your location, order value, device, product, payment provider, or other eligibility checks. A payment option shown previously may not always remain available.

Payment authorisation

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Your order may not be accepted or processed until payment is successfully authorised or otherwise verified.

Payment processing and security

Electronic payments are processed by third-party payment providers using their systems and security controls. We do not store complete card details. Payment providers may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may perform authentication, fraud-prevention, or regulatory checks.

Failed, declined, or pending payments

A payment may fail, be declined, or remain pending because of bank limits, authentication failure, incorrect details, insufficient funds, network issues, security checks, or payment-provider decisions. If payment is not confirmed, try again or use another method shown at checkout. Please contact your bank or payment provider when the issue relates to their service.

Duplicate or debited payments

If your account appears to have been debited more than once, first check whether any transaction is marked pending or reversed. Send us the order number, transaction reference, amount, and date so we can review the order record. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, one-time passwords, PINs, or other sensitive credentials.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only when shown at checkout. It may be subject to location, order-value, product, or verification restrictions. We may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch. Repeated refusal or failed receipt of cash-on-delivery orders may affect future availability of that option, where permitted by law.

Discounts and promotional codes

Discounts apply according to the terms of the relevant offer. Unless an offer states otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied after an order is placed, or combined with other offers. If an order is changed, partially cancelled, or returned, the discount and refund may be recalculated.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider and may continue after we initiate the refund. Cash-on-delivery refunds, where applicable, may require verified bank or payment details. Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Fraud prevention and verification

We may hold, reject, or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected. We may request limited additional information needed to verify the order, but we will never ask for your password, PIN, or one-time password.
